Colby Cheese Days started in 1965 as a way to promote our local dairy industry and, specifically, Colby cheese. Over the years it has grown into a huge weekend celebration, featuring a carnival, tractor pulls, ATV pulls, basketball tournaments, street dances, a parade, 5K and 10K races/5K walk-run/1-mile kid's run and, of course, the World Championship Cheese Curd Throw!
